A. Invited sessions
1. All presentations are allocated a certain time slot. We have foreseen 18 minutes for each invited oral presentation: this includes a 13-
minute presentation, followed by a short Q&A (5 minutes).
2. Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint (or PDF format) or Latex Beamer PDF. Your final ready presentation slide, only in PDF format (no PPT allowed), should be submitted to a drive (link: TBA) on or before December 27, 2025. In this case, please name the poster as "Invited_ID_(ID NUMBER).pdf" and then submit.
3. We kindly ask you not to bring your own laptop, but to bring your presentation on a USB key as a backup, as a laptop will be provided in each auditorium. The conference computers will have the Windows 7 operating system. Supported presentation formats are Microsoft PowerPoint PDF, or Latex Beamer PDF.
4. Presentation slides will be ready in the room where your presentation will take place. We kindly ask you to be in the room 15 minutes before the start of your session. Please use this time also to locate and present yourself to the chair of your session.
B. Contributed oral sessions
1. All presentations are allocated a certain time slot. We have foreseen 12 minutes for each contributed oral presentation: this includes a 10-minute presentation, followed by a short Q&A (2 minutes).
2. Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint (or PDF format) or Latex Beamer PDF. Your final ready presentation slide, only in PDF format (no PPT allowed), should be submitted to a drive (link: TBA) on or before December 27, 2025. In this case, please name the poster as "Contributed_ID_(ID NUMBER).pdf" and then submit.

C. Contributed poster sessions
1. There will be several poster sessions. All will take place in the corridor of the main hall as located on the first floor.
2. All posters in each session will be on display for a fixed time duration. As a poster presenter, we kindly ask you to be present next to your poster. This will allow you to meet and discuss your work with the other conference delegates.
3. On one of the poster panels, we will provide the list with poster numbers. Please look up your poster number (abstract ID) and attach your poster to the panel with the corresponding number. Attachment materials will be provided by us.
4. Posters should be brought to the conference and not mailed. We do not have any facilities to print your poster onsite.
5. Presenters are responsible for posting and removing their own materials. All posters should be attached to the correct panel on the day of their poster session at least 30 minutes before starting the session. All posters should be removed at the end of the session. Posters that have not been removed will not be stored by the organization.
6. In case of technical issues, there will be a poster session chair who will be available for help.
